Designed for Kasa
The task was to develop a unique fully functional home security camera design in the landscape of the myriad cameras on the market for TP-Link’s Kasa line of smart home products. Balance between iconic and familiar was key to developing a design that would be uniquely Kasa and have mass-market appeal and market longevity.
A unique ring shaped magnetic mount cradles the spherical camera, merging the new with the familiar.
Nine magnets secure the robust waterproof camera housing made up of a rear steel cap and RF transparent plastics.
